Delivery Formats of our Courses

VectorAcademy offers Courses in the following formats:

  • Classroom
  • Remote
  • E-Learning
  • Blended Learning

The agenda of a Course tells you in which formats it is offered in.

Classroom

Our Classroom Courses take place in modern training rooms, face to face with a trainer. All our workplaces are equipped with modern computers, current software and hardware for practical exercises during the training. Go to Training Information to get more information.

Remote

Our Remote Courses consist of several web sessions. A trainer accompanies you and the other participants during the Course. Your trainer conveys content, provides assistance and answers questions directly.

To participate in a Course in this format, you need:

  • to check the system requirements for the concerning tool to ensure that your computer is able to run the tool properly,
  • a reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbit/s downstream,
  • a current browser (like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox) with the latest browser version,
  • a headset,
  • a runtime limited tool license which will be provided for the training period.

We highly recommend the usage of two monitors. Thus you can watch the training on the first screen and can do exercises on the second.

E-Learning

There is the possibility to self-study certain topics of car electronics on our E-Learning platform. To access our purchased E-Learning Course you receive user credentials for the log in. Please, be aware that we need your E-Mail address for account creation purposes. Unless otherwise agreed, access to the content of the Course remains active for 6 months.

We have collected tips and tricks on successful self-study in this PDF.

To participate in a Course in this format, you need:

  • a reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbit/s,
  • a current browser (like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox) with the latest browser version,
  • a headset.

These E-Learning contents are often offered as a part of a Blended Learning course.

Blended Learning

Blended Learning is a mixture of accompanied (Remote and/or Classroom) and self-study formats. There are two kinds of combinations:

  • Part of the content is acquired through self-study and the other part is conveyed by a trainer.
  • The content is fully acquired through self-study. In between the self-study phases Q&A sessions with a trainer take place. In this Remote sessions you and the other participants can clarify questions/issues on the respective topics with your trainer.
