
Communication Design with PREEvision (CAN + Ethernet)
This course starts with the basic mechanisms and operating concepts of PREEvision.
After an introduction to general communication concepts in AUTOSAR, you will gain an overview over the frequently used communikation protocols CAN and Ethernet in an automotive environment. You will learn to model a Signal- and Serviece-oriented Software Architecture as well as a network topology including an Ethernet network and CAN bus systems.
Based on your distribution of software components and service roles in this network, PREEvision will synthesize an initial communication structure.
We will then further specify CAN- and Ethernet specific communication details on various levels of abstraction in PREEvision, ranging from CAN identifyers, MAC- and IP-addresses in VLANs or a service discovery.
